The Historic 100 is a fundraising campaign serving as a final push to complete construction and installation of the Straits Cultural Center at 20 S. State Street in downtown St. Ignace.
To ensure the center can open its doors this summer, the Michilimackinac Historical Society is seeking 100 donors to pledge $10,000 during this final sprint to completion. For years, the dream of a world-class home for the MHS’s unique artifact collection has gradually taken shape through the unwavering support and generosity of the St. Ignace community and many other businesses, families, friends, and neighbors both near and far.
Now that the MHS is in its home stretch, an extra push is necessary to break through the tape at the finish line. This is where you can help by making a truly history-making donation. The members of the Historic 100 will be permanently and prominently honored for their special role in opening the Straits Cultural Center.
