History Hounds | Jacobia: The "Lost Town" of Berrien County

[History Hounds] Jacobia: The “Lost Town” of Berrien County, with Peter Cook, North Berrien Historical Museum

Entrepreneur Henry Jacobs dubbed it “Jacobia.” He envisioned his Lake Michigan estate in Berrien County as a tourist mecca and built a community that included a chapel, dance pavilion, water tower, cottages, and a working farm. Join us to learn about the lasting legacy of this early 20th century lost town.
